The Supreme Council for the Environment is keen to receive all proposals, complaints or inquiries related to our services by beneficiaries, whether individuals and institutions. We aim to meet the expectations of the customers and achieve the highest levels of their satisfaction about our services in the framework of the

We are also keen on receiving all proposals, complaints or environmental inquiries by the citizens, residents or guests of the Kingdom of Bahrain, whether individuals or institutions, on the environment sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain, especially regarding information or data whose early detection helps in the protection of the environment and natural resources protection, and supports efforts to conserve them.
The Supreme Council for the Environment undertakes to examine all the requests in accordance with the service level indicator, agreed upon in advance according to the approved standards.
